After 9 years here to send him back to face the prospect of torture is inhuman.

  3. Del Hosain Says:

I would like to kindly draw this matter to the attention of the Secretary of State for Home Affairs. This is a humanitarian case and I strongly believe that Guy Njike should not be deported.

  4. Imogen Forster Says:

This man is a valuable member of our society, who faces serious risks if denied asylum, and should be allowed to stay in the UK.

  5. Neville Mogford Says:

It is deeply saddening to hear of the case of Mr Nijike. I sincerly hope that he is succesful with his application for Judicial Review, and able to get back to living his life without the threat of deportation and subsequent persecution in Cameroon.
His case appears indicative of the fractured nature of current government and agency policy, and some aspects of interpretation of existing legistaton.
